Spend your vacation Sittin Pretty at this modern ocean view condo! Relax in the bright and airy open living space complete with a fireplace for cool weather visits. Revel in the feel of the sea breeze on your face from the private balcony complete with furniture for lounging or dining. Sip your morning coffee as you watch pelicans dive into the waves in search of their breakfast and enjoy easy beach access right across the street once you’re ready to hit the sand.

The comfortable sofa and armchairs in the living room invite you to gather with family and friends to watch a movie, play a game of cards or simply reminisce. The dining table seats four, with seating for an additional four available at the adjacent kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances and plenty of country space for preparing your favorite recipes. A small laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer and storage space is located just off the kitchen.

Each of the three bedrooms provides its own flat screen smart TV for personal entertainment. The master suite features a king bed, direct balcony access and an attached private bathroom. Soak weary muscles in the sunken garden tub or rinse away the sand in the step-in shower stall. His and hers sinks make getting ready in the morning fast and convenient. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the second shared bathroom, which contains a standard tub/shower combo and also has a door to the hall. The final bedroom has two twin beds.

The location of this condo can’t be beat! Situated just across from the Oak Island Pier, there are several waterfront dining options available just across the road. Enjoy great community amenities like the seasonal pool, hot tub and grilling area, as well as a dedicated beach access path. For your convenience, beach chairs, toys and a beach cart are provided, along with access to a ground level storage closet.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The condo was lovely, kitchen was well equipped, with a good selection of kitchen tools pots and pans, etc. The place was in good repair and the grandkids liked using their steaming service. And it had a nice ocean view.

We love staying at Yaupon Dunes. We love the easy parking and elevator for unloading and loading. Our first meal was across the road at Koko Cabana. My brother-in-law loves to fish at the pier, while my sister and I enjoy the beach! We also love the amazing sunsets at the Pier! The condo we stay at is perfect for us. We each have our own sleeping space and nice big bathrooms. The kitchen and laundry room are perfect!! After dark we love watching movies, thankful for the smart TV. We have stayed in this same unit with 3 different owners. This was the first time we used a rental company, but it worked out great!!
