When you have Oak Island Accommodations as a partner in managing your vacation rental, you get a personalized owner portal that makes viewing your reservations, statements and work orders a breeze! It’s also a convenient place to make any owner reservations or update your contact information when your email, phone number or mailing address changes. Change Form Central

Change Form Central is where current property owners can request OIA service program changes (ex. deep cleans, lawn care or winterizations) or make updates to a property description, booking rules, listed amenities and more! Each year OIA will have an open-enrollment period during which owners are asked to submit any needed change forms so that staff members can enter submitted updates within our system as smoothly as possible. If no change forms are submitted, then your current choices will automatically roll over to the next calendar year and OIA will bill your account accordingly. This means if you are happy with all of your existing choices, you don't need to do anything at all!

While submitting all changes during the annual enrollment period is ideal, we also understand that sometimes you may need to make changes outside of this period. While some service programs have hard cut off dates to make changes in the current year, the links to each change form are accessible year-round. Ready to get started?
