Netflix and Amazon. Hardwood floors throughout with new HVAC. Rocking chairs on both covered oceanfront deck and covered street side porch. Pets may be present during owner usage. Sunday to Sunday weekly rental.

The house was perfect for our family. Our favorite spot were the porches. Plenty of seating. The views and the weather were spectacular. We also loved how private the beach felt.

We like staying on the West Beach part of Oak Island since there is more beach to walk and play on. There is plenty of parking at Beach Breeze -- very nice. I noticed the dishwasher and range were new (thank you.) It was nice to have the use of a crock pot.
