Additional TV with no cable in the bunk room- bring your gaming console from home and hook up! Double T by the Sea offers guests a unique floor plan with awe-inspiring ocean views from the main living area and all bedrooms. The L-shaped living space features windows on both the east and west sides as well as double sliding doors on the south side to put the focus on the beauty that is just steps from this West Beach vacation rental. The living area is punctuated by high ceilings with recessed lighting, original wood walls, and modern laminate plank flooring.

The dining area seats six with seating for four at the kitchen bar. The kitchen offers the chef in the group great views of the ocean while prepping family meals. Stainless steel appliances are paired with original cherry cabinets and granite countertops. The bedrooms feature a mix of cool and warm tones on both the walls and in the bedding with a hall bathroom on each floor. The first-floor bath features a cozy step-in shower with a small bench and a grab bar in both the shower and around the toilet.

An oceanfront deck is an ideal place for lounging. Along with the steps to the beach is an open outside shower. Below the home. For those with a small boat or kayak, public boat access is just 0.2 miles away at the end of 39th Place West. Bluewater Point Marina and the adjoining restaurant is only a mile to the west. Laundry is available on the ground level via an inside staircase that connects all floors. No pets allowed.

Double T By the Sea was an outstanding rental for my family. Oak Island Accommodations went above and beyond trying to provide us with the promised cable service. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved for us but OIA did send multiple maintenance guys out to try. Thanks again

Beach was beautiful and perfect and so close to the house! Back porch is lovely but could use a partial roof - regardless of rain we were on the porch.

Double T by the Sea was absolutely beautiful. The property had an amazing unobstructed view right on the ocean. The porch and cozy chairs made mornings and evenings great for relaxing and having a cup a coffee! Being steps from the ocean made it great to go to and from the beach with ease for the kids. I would recommend this property and Oak Island Accommodations to my friends and family.
