Six TV's with basic cable (one is a 50-inch Smart TV), Two DVD players, internet access, phone. Two large decks (one covered), deck furniture, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, beach walkway shower. Well stocked kitchen plus island. Two master suites with porcelain tile baths, two family rooms, and wet bar with 52 lb. commercial ice maker, double wine cooler. Hardwood floors, tile, carpet, and ceiling fans throughout. Saturday to Saturday rentals with a 4 p.m. check-in only.

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

We loved our stay at Due South! Such a nice place. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the covered porch with the ocean view! We even got to see turtles hatch! There were 7 turtle nests within walking distance. We hope to stay at this place again soon!

Location to the beach was perfect! Just steps away from the back door. The two master bedroom suites were ideal for two families. Well stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs in the storage room, and plenty of space to relax.

This home exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful and spacious enough for two families. We loved the two Masters with a view. Both rocking chair decks provided space for great conversations and ocean viewing. The kitchen was well equipped and many large meals full of laughter were shared at the long table with ample seating. The home is close to the new bridge" with easy access to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. It's a short distance by car to both the Oak Island and Southport farmers markets.<BR><BR>"
