We love Oak Island Accommodations. The house is always ready and clean. We love the goody bag that is left for us each time. Check-in and check out is super easy. We won’t use anyone else for our Caswell Beach stays!

Spectacular views, good layout, well stocked kitchenware. Had a nice visit from an owl just above the balcony! Love watching marine traffic in/out and great sunsets on the beach. Kingtide is for real in the backyard!

Location - beautiful marsh and ocean views and close to the lighthouse. Proximity to beach access. Updated kitchen. Availability of a back yard. Beach related items - umbrellas, chairs. Hardwood floors in main living space.

The Griffin was a very nice home. It has a great location away from any of the attractions on Oak Island. Beach access is almost directly across the street and the family next door is very nice and helpful with local information as they live there most of the summer. Will def look at renting this home again.
