Hardwood floors in living areas and tile in bathrooms. Close to Blue Water Point Marina & restaurant with boat launch available.

Public beach access with plenty of parking is available at the Point.

Those with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

We loved the proximity to the Point. We could walk down to the beach and not have to pay for parking! The house was perfect for 2 adults and 2 older children! We would rent Heron Point again!!!!

We absolutely loved the location and amenities of this home. Quick walk to the beach and intercoastal made for great sunset viewing every night. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall home was comfortable. Loved waking up and seeing the ocean from the bed on the first floor. Master bedroom was beautiful!
