One Amazon Fire TV in living room (requires an Amazon account to sign in) and one Roku TV in the master bedroom, wireless internet. Oceanfront covered porch with furniture, walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area. Each unit has outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grill. Hardwood floors, carpet and tile throughout, walk-in shower with seat. This is a third-level condo with stair access. Off season monthly rentals available.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The location was great and the kitchen in the condo was well stock with equipment. We also appreciated the email that we received from Oak Island Accommodations notifying us that early check in was available. The check-in/check-out procedure was very easy.

This place had a beautiful view! We ate almost all of our meals out on the balcony. The "House on the Beach" was also very clean - probably one of the cleanest places we've stayed at. Kitchen was very stocked with anything you would need in order to cook. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were actually much better than most of the places that I've stayed at! The walk-in shower was great - it's nice not to have to worry about a shower curtain and have a lot of room in the shower to wash off all the sand. Wi-fi was very fast!

We love staying at House at Beach. I would recommend this rental to anyone. This condo is comfortable and a great size for my husband & I to stay in for the week. Our favorite part of vacation is eating breakfast on each morning on the balcony before heading down to the beach. The view is perfect. We can't wait to return to Oak Island each year and continue staying at this rental.
