Two-story, oceanfront home on East Beach custom-built by Moffitt Construction in 2020 that sleeps up to 15 people. The home offers visitors four TV's with basic cable and high-speed wireless internet. The large oceanfront decks are accessible from each of the king bedrooms. Other outdoor amenities include a hot and cold outside shower and direct beach access. The home also features an open living area, an eat-in kitchen that seats eight (total seating for 15 including the dining area). The home is right across the street from Pepperoni Grill and walking distance to the splash pad, Middleton Park recreational fields, skate park, Publix supermarket and restaurants. Nightly rentals are available with a three-night minimum. Also available for off-season monthly rentals.

Better than advertised, stocked kitchen, great location and perfect beach view and access. Especially liked that two bedrooms had private baths and with the other bedrooms, each pair shared a full bathroom, so no one had to go down a hallway for access. We hope to return next year!

We had the BEST stay at Salt & Light Beach Home. We stayed in August 2020. We had three families stay at the newly updated and extremely clean home and we had plenty of space. The location is top notch. We loved how the large kitchen and family room (open concept) was on the second floor and had tremendous views of both sunrises and sunsets. Being right on the ocean was perfect - during the day we could come back inside for drinks etc - and at night we would relax on the large porch listening and seeing the waves. With plenty of large bedrooms and beds, this home is perfect for multiple families to share. The home is very kid friendly as there are multiple common spaces to play, in fact, there is one on the first floor between two bedrooms that was perfect for a “kids’ retreat”. I cannot wait to spend more time at this gorgeous home! I HIGHLY recommend this ocean front home for your upcoming family vacations.
