This vacation rental welcomes up to 2 dogs per reservation year-round.

Four flat screen TVs with basic cable and Netflix, DVD Player and wireless internet. Sun room with bistro table and swivel chairs that look out onto the Atlantic Ocean. Open concept living area with hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling. Dining area seats four with three additional seats at kitchen bar. Nightly rentals available off-season only.

It had everything we needed to enjoy a restful vacation. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the sunroom and spreading out in all the bedrooms. All the extra little things around the home were wonderful!

Location of rental was great! Easy access to everything we needed. Rental was clean & as described on website. As a bonus, we saw a nest of turtles hatch right outside the back door a few nights into our stay! A wonderful vacation home, that we will return to.

Cozy, one story cottage with enclosed "Carolina" room. Spent hours there watching the ocean in climate-controlled comfort. Updated appliances and large peninsula in the kitchen. Plenty of shelves in the showers for soaps, shampoos etc.

The open concept of this home makes it so that you can see the ocean view all the way from the kitchen. This home is very comfy and is equipped with everything you need as far as kitchen appliances. This is the second time I've stayed here and will definitely be back!

This is a great property year-round. The glassed-in porch/Florida room make it desirable in any weather and the open deck is good for getting sun. The view is excellent. The beds are comfortable.

We rented Selah for a one week vacation. We have no complaints about the home we rented or Oak Island Accommodations. The house was ready and very clean when we arrived. My communications with OIA were great. They proved wonderful customer service. I would rent Selah again, and I would never book through anyone other than OIA.

Nice little house. Layout is great. We enjoyed the covered sun room. The distance from the house to the ocean is perfect. Your steps drop you off over the dunes and directly onto the beach. But the house had a few issues. The outside shower did not function only the water hose. There was an water leak In The bedroom against the road. Which threw a electrical breaker and left us with no kitchen outlets working. U could tell the house had not been cleaned very well a lot of dust around AC air intakes and dirt caked in the glass sliding door. if you are very picky about your beds and sleep I do not recommend this place. No one slept good on these mattresses. They were worn out and very hard. Never seen the pack-n- play or shell amenities or beach toys. Not sure where they could have been... we liked the house but all these things kind of added up at the end of our stay. Hope they get fixed soon because the view of this house and location are great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Selah again this summer. The home was spotlessly clean, and the new barn door for the master bathroom was the perfect solution in that situation. We enjoyed being able to see out of the new sunroom windows better too. Oak Island Accommodations made booking our stay and accessing the property upon arrival really easy again. We'll be back!

Great location and views. The enclosed porch is great. Maintenance crew responded quickly and courteously to the one issue we reported. We are already considering this property again, perhaps even in the off-season as well. Take a grill if you want to cook out; take a griddle. Take a fishing pole-- there were several nice red drums caught in the surf.

Selah-Right on the beach! The sunroom is the best during cooler days. Older home with character. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving in this house! Only con we have is furniture and mattresses need updating.

This was our third summer to go to Oak Island and rent a house through Oak Island Accommodations. We have been pleased with our houses and OIA's service each trip. I definitely recommend Oak Island Accommodations as a rental agency!
