Oceanfront covered porch with furniture. Beach access is adjacent to the building. Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, swing set, covered picnic area with park grills, each building has an outside shower for rinsing off. The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club, and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks, and more.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Location was perfect! Loved the view - outstanding! Loved the beach path walkway being right next to the unit & the short walk to restaurants on the beach or street. The home was very comfortable & tastefully decorated!
