Located only 259 feet from the ocean, this home has beautiful panoramic views and an abundance of natural lighting. Take a stroll to the beach with loved ones or relax in the private pool. Whatever is on your agenda for your next escapade, this home has everything you need.

As you enter this beautiful abode, you’ll notice the wooden walls which remind you of cottage living. The living room is furnished with two couches and additional seating for you and your family. The television sits on the TV stand so you can watch your favorite shows. The ocean view from this area is perfect as you indulge in the board games provided for you.

The dining area is located behind the living room and seats eight. Spend quality time here as you enjoy your favorite meal together. Share stories and laughter here as you relish your feast. The kitchen is to the left of the dining area and has beautiful white cabinetry, a bar, and appliances. The bar has seating for six, which is perfect for viewing the chef. Sit here to critique the cook! Show off your skills in the kitchen and whip up your infamous dish.

Down the hall is a bookshelf containing games such as Monopoly and Second Rule Jr, along with a selection of books to choose from. Read your favorite book in the living room while the ocean crashes ahead of you. Aside from that is the first bedroom and bathroom.

Traveling up the stairs are the additional four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both upstairs oceanfront bedrooms offer deck access with speculator views of the sea. Stand on the deck and listen to the ocean waves soothe you.

Make memories and add them to your Photojournal! Take a relaxing swim in the 12ft x 27ft private pool made solely for you. Fire up the grill and show your family what you’re made of.
