Conveniently located within walking distance of shops, grocery store and just 3/4 block to beach access. Community elevator. Located in building closest to the pool. No smoking.

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Those with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, dogs may be present for owner reservations.

First time staying a week at Oak Island. It was a great trip. Everyone in our party said they would return. Always a sign of good trip. OI Accomodations staff was great from very beginning. Our condo was well equipped and clean. Would stay here again.
