This vacation rental welcomes up to 3 dogs per reservation year-round.

Five TV's (digital cable), DVD player, wireless Hi-Speed internet. Two covered porches with expansive views of the Atlantic, outdoor dining table with seating for eight and dune top deck with built-in seating. Luxury vinyl flooring. Beautifully decorated throughout with a well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, two ovens, wine refrigerator, Keurig). Large kitchen island with seating of four besides the dining table with seating of six. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Two oceanfront bedrooms on 1st floor have private accesses to oceanfront deck to enjoy the views. Dogs allowed year round. Built in 2018 and features an elevator for guest use.

We stay at the beach often, Just Coastin was well equipped with amenities, very clean and a nice layout plan. Having an elevator was a huge plus and worked well. The house has great views of the ocean. We saw dolphins in front several times.

The house was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The location on the beach provided great views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset (on the days it was not raining!). There was not much lacking in terms of amenities. The elevator was a big plus.

Really appreciated the Tupperware storage in the kitchen, that you all weren't stingy with the linens and gave us plenty of towels, and that there were lots of spare blankets to get cozy for our fall beach trip!

Very nice and clean home with all the amenities, the elevator came in very handy with luggage and my elder parents. Only reason I wouldn't rate a 5 is there wasn't a very good spot to watch the sunrise or sunset from the decks.

Immaculate, gorgeous house with sweeping views of the ocean. Roomy, beautifully decorated, and comfortable throughout. Upgraded and well-equipped kitchen with wine/drinks fridge and giant island. Sturdy Adirondack chairs on both decks. Second story deck allows for sitting in sun or shade. Steep inside stairs to living area may be difficult for some.

We loved the view, how well stocked the kitchen was stocked for cooking, the porch chairs and the overall cleanliness of the house. The elevator was a huge help for me as I have very bad knees and so does one of our dogs.
