Kings Lynn Inn is one of the most impressive properties on west beach. With five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there is definitely room at this vacation rental for your whole group. A fully furnished wrap-around porch with views of the Intracoastal Waterway is just the beginning. Inside the attention to detail in decorating provides a charming and comfortable place to enjoy your vacation. Each piece of artwork and accessory has been carefully selected to create a beautiful and restful atmosphere.

The master suite with king bed and full bathroom is found on the second level along with the kitchen, living room and additional half-bath. The open design makes the sparkling kitchen and large living room flow together for ease of movement and conversation. Maximum use of patio doors and windows enhance views of the waterway to create even more openness.

On the entry level, three roomy bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds. A fourth has a queen bed as well as a twin-over-twin bunk bed, with plenty of space to spare. The spacious family room, like the rest of the home, gives everyone space to spread out. Bring your board games and pack the toys for a rainy day in front of the family room fireplace.

Other features include an elevator, outside shower with hot and cold water, large flat-screen tv’s on both levels and wireless internet access. An extra-nice feature of this property is the private walkway to your own dock, which leads to a deck with built-in wooden benches and a tap-water fish-cleaning sink. The garage and boat lift are not available for tenant use. Partially handicap accessible with an elevator and roll in shower in the master bathroom.

Having an elevator as there are 2 disabled persons in our family was the selling point along with WI-FI and TV streaming services. The location on the sound, pier and boat dock was an added plus so we could bring our boat. Loved the house and plan to return but will need a house that sleeps 16 next year AND definitely has an elevator.

We loved Kings Lynn Inn! The house was clean and comfortable. So much to do on the island and around the house! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking anything you dreamed up! There was so much space that we never felt on top of one another! We loved all the seating outside. The view for the sunrise and sunset was breathtaking both from the house and the dock. The walk to the beach was not as far as we anticipated, so we never used our parking pass. We had a great week outdoors kayaking from the dock, riding bikes and having fun in the ocean!

Kings Lynn Inn was an awesome vacation home for our family. We have never been in such a beautifully furnished and well supplied rental in all our years of renting at different beaches. Our kayaking folks were in love with the kayak launch! The adorable little crabs in the rainwater wetland were a constant source of happy spectating. We had a lovely week.
