Fully equipped kitchen, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, community park grilling, and picnic area. Centrally located on Oak Island, convenient to a grocery store, ice cream, restaurants, and shopping, and family activities including the Oak Island Lighthouse.

Though guest pets are not permitted at this home, please note that a dog may be present during owner reservations for those guests who are allergic to pets.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Great location, being only a few steps from the beach! Condo as clean overall and was fully stocked with most things. The pool was a nice addition!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. It is not a huge place, but it is very well laid out and feels larger than it is. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. and has excellent appliances.
