This vacation rental allows up to two dogs per reservation year-round.

The Disgruntled Pelican is just steps from the Intracoastal Waterway, on the sought-after east side of the island. Come enjoy the screened back deck or take to the area's ocean or waterways on a paddleboard or kayak. Entertain al fresco with an outdoor gas grill and outdoor seating. Rainy day? No problem! You will have access to games galore. Love a good cocktail or glass of wine? A top-of-the-line blender and barware is provided to make you feel right at home. Dogs are welcome.

The house was nestled within walking distance to the ocean or the sound. It was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee maker and the wonderful waffle maker. Oh, so yummy! It was much appreciated having the variety of beach accessories like boggie boards, beach chairs and the fabulous wagon with the big orange wheels. It made it super easy to get everything to the beach in one trip. Thanks for a delightful experience.

Quiet area of the island and close to shopping, restaurants, beach. The home had all amenities to truly make it feel like your own home...even our dogs loved it!

This is by far the best house we have stayed in. It's spacious and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! It has an amazing screened in porch and great backyard for pets or kids. There are a couple of good surprises with this house as well that we weren't aware of. We will definitely rent this one again!

The property, The Disgruntled Pelican, on 52nd, was beautiful. The parking situation was great. Large dining table, great master suite, laundry room, nice sound system and covered parking. It also has a nice size screened back porch.
