This property's pool has heating capability! Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Everything about it! The location is in the heart of town, but doesn’t feel like it. The property is over the top gorgeous and well outfitted. Probably the best kitchen I’ve ever “rented” and I cook a LOT. Layout of the house is perfect and you can tell the builder/owner accentuated the important stuff like right number of BRs/Baths for the size of the house and decorating it in a way that says beach elegance instead of kitschy. And the beach itself is magnificent with great sunrise/sunset and spectacular view of the pier on one side and Bald Head Island in the distance to the left. As good as the property was, the staff of Oak Island Accommodations was even BETTER. This was a last second property substitution due to the storm we had in Sept 2024; Victoria bravely took on the challenge of finding us a property the access for which had not been flooded like our first choice and MUCH MORE than exceeded expectations to make sure we left our vacation with nothing but positives to say about OKI and Oak Island Accommodations. Trish was also very helpful in making sure that the property was ready for us on time and in perfect condition even though it was a last second thing. BRAVO to all involved and will definitely look you folks up again next time at OKI!

Carolina Dreamin' was a fantastic splurge for our large family and we loved it! Everyone had their own bedroom, and it is the first time that we had a pool and an elevator! Loved being on Yaupon - walked to food and drink the entire week. Definitely having the post-vacation blues this week!

The house is perfect for a large group. We had about 18 people for the long weekend (with room for more) and then our family of four enjoyed the house for the rest of the week. The house is very clean, well-decorated and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great right on the deck overlooking the beach. The master bath is A++. With two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washers & dryers and a stocked kitchen, you have everything you could possibly need. The location is great as well. You can walk to several bars/restaurants. We did not want to leave! The rental company was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would absolutely rent this house again!
