Info for Current Guests

If you are a current guest staying with Oak Island Accommodations through this ice storm, please heed the warnings of the NWS. Oak Island has underground power lines, but should your Caswell Beach, Oak Island or Southport vacation rental experience a power outage you can report the outage directly to the Brunswick Electric Membership Cooperation by calling or texting 800-682-5309 and giving the address and zip code (28465 for all Oak Island and Caswell Beach rentals; 28461 for Southport rentals) of your vacation rental.

Due to forecasted conditions, the Oak Island Accommodations office is closed Friday and Saturday, but our staff will work remotely. You can call 888-297-8066 during our normal business hours for over-the-phone assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency during or after hours, continue to report these items by calling our toll-free line. Please note that, based on forecasted weather conditions, our staff may not respond right away. Once road conditions allow our staff to safely respond to emergency maintenance requests, those requests will take priority. Our staff is happy to assist in any way we can by phone until the weather improves. We plan to reopen the office at normal business hours on Monday.

If you are a guest checking in this weekend, please check the email associated with your reservation. All keyless entry codes are sent to the primary email on file and you can check in directly to your vacation rental.
