Three ocean view decks, two marsh view decks (the top deck has views of almost the entire island)! Paved driveway off of both West Beach Drive and West Dolphin Drive, beautifully landscaped yard with irrigation system, easy walk to the beach. Outside privacy shower with hot and cold water.

Please do not park or drive on the lawn. This will help prevent damage to the irrigation system.

The views from the house were beautiful and it was a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated each having our own bathroom. The elevator was very helpful.

Location, private on suites for each bedroom. Roof top patio was incredible. Well stocked kitchen: the layout was great. The elevator was a plus for carrying.

Great area and convenient to many places on Oak Island. House was wonderful with plenty of bathrooms! Great open kitchen concept and plenty of room for our Thanksgiving gathering with family. Elevator was great for moving supplies and helping the elderly in/out of the house. Grounds were nice and loved the porch swing on the patio. Nice parking underneath the house and great access from two streets. And the ocean, marsh and sunset views were breathtaking. We love Oak Island!

As we both have disabilities, the elevator was a MUST have! It was a true blessing, especially in loading and unloading luggage.

The keyless entry is great especially for checking in and out. We initially had an issue with the elevator and called OIA. Somone was sent out very quickly to get it fixed, which was very necessary for our family as I had my 88 year old mother and 84 year old mother-in-law with us. The elevator really helped getting them up and down in the house as well as moving heavy coolers up to the kitchen on the second floor. Working with OIA for rentals over the past several years has been easy, I just wish you had the option for early entry because not getting in until 4 pm is difficult for our family that included a 2 year old and a 5 year old.

This house is just perfect. We had 2 families and everyone has plenty of space. I loved that we all had our own bathroom which made getting ready for dinner after a long day on the beach so quick and easy. The elevator is a plus when loading up all the luggage and we were grateful for the lockable storage on the bottom for our beach cart and chairs. We didn't need anything at all. The teens loved the balcony on the roof and we loved the sunset from the top. Oak Island Accommodations was excellent to work with! We will definitely look for this property again next year!!

Gorgeous home with plenty of space. We had 6 adults and two toddlers. It was a perfect set up with everything available. The porches have beautiful views. Loved our week away from home!
