Sand Dollar Inn is everyone’s vacation dream for large family and friend getaways - with room to sleep 28, it’s perfect for your next family reunion or wedding. Fido is welcome as well, as the property allows up to two dogs per reservation (additional dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis.) Also equipped with an elevator and handicap-accessible bedroom and bathroom, anyone in the family can feel at home while finding their place by the sea!

Guests will appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of this luxury home constructed by Moffitt Builders, Inc., one of the largest and most trusted builders on the Oak Island. No expense has been spared on this modern, upscale beach home. The parking area of this home is equipped with a TESLA charger for charging your eco-friendly electric vehicles.

Comfortably cook and entertain in the gourmet chef’s kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, a professional gourmet gas stove and double oven.

There’s also a second kitchenette and living area to make grabbing a late-night snack a breeze.

Spend your day on the water via beach access or lounge in the pool or hot tub. In the evening, cozy up by the fireplace with a glass of wine or create lasting memories with a game of shuffleboard or pool.

Offering a flat-screen smart TV in each spacious, professionally decorated bedroom, unwinding after a day of fun is a breeze. With nine rooms boasting a king bed, there’s plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax.

This property's pool has heating capability! Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Lovely home. Great for large gatherings. Well appointed and very well stocked with needed kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable. There should be a roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom.

The Oak Island Accommodations' guest welcome bag contains some starter items for your stay, but guests do need to provide their own paper products for their vacation. Our guest bag includes two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a small dish detergent and dishwasher pod, a small laundry detergent, sponge, trash bags, and more. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

The house was perfect! Immaculately clean! All the pots. pans and dishware we needed and within walking distance of the beach. The pool was a wonderful addition to our enjoyment. OIA was responsive whenever we had a problem and the maintenance people who came out were great. We would definitely rent this place again.
