This spacious home has great views of the ocean and direct beach access. There is a covered porch to enjoy a little shade, a large deck for sunbathing and a private deck off the master bedroom, all with ample furniture including rockers and two picnic tables. Other outdoor amenities include an outside shower with hot and cold water, two tandem kayaks with life vests in multiple sizes, charcoal grill, fishing poles and even a horseshoe pit.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster and stock pots. There are books, games, puzzles, a DVD library, portable crib, high chair and more.

Six smart TV's allow access to streaming, wireless internet. A DVD player is available in the bunk room.

We were right on the ocean, within sight of the Yaupon Pier and all the activity. The home was large enough for our families to be together without being on top of each other. Thank you for the attention to detail with this property.

We really enjoyed our stay, we arrived and the kitchen sink was clogged, but after a call to the property manager they sent someone over to fix the sink. Otherwise, everything was great! We had plenty of space and the location was great, you can walk to two restaurants.

Brought the kids down for the 2nd year to 1 4 Us. Again, perfect vacation. The house is so easy to live in. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked, tons of sand toys and boogie boards in the garage for the kids. It is close to everything, yet super quiet for the perfect relaxing vacation. I already miss having my morning coffee sitting on the back deck looking at the ocean. Cannot wait to come back next year!

This house made me feel as if it was home away from home. There are 5 siblings in our family and we always seem to congregate around the kitchen. The open floor plan allowed us to enjoy each other's company with ease. The rooms were large and comfortable with more storage than most rentals. The home was PERFECT in every way for us. When a couple grandkids came for the day, there were so many toys available, highchair & playpen. This home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The lights on the decks were a very nice touch! The owner and OIA are super nice and they care about you!! This is just as important to me as the wonderful accommodations that this home provides. I will absolutely, most definitely rent this home again.

We loved staying at 14 US, and really didn't want to leave. Waking up and opening a 2nd floor patio door to a panoramic view of the water was the highlight. Easy access to the beach, walk right down to it off the back porch, and ocean waves breaking in the background, all the time. It is hard to beat.
