Located across from the Oak Island Golf Course in Caswell Beach, this condo is a great beach getaway. Ride a bike down to the Oak Island Lighthouse or take a stroll on the beach down to the Oak Island Pier.

This OIBV condo offers a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and views of the ocean. The front bedroom also features a bathroom to go along with a double and twin bed. There is a Roku TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom for personal entertainment.

Wake up and drink a cup of coffee as the sun rises and the waves crash along the shoreline. During your stay you won't be anchored down to anything but fun in the sun!

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Our family of five was comfortable in the villa. It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The views and proximity to the beach were perfect and it was nice having a storage closet on the ground level to keep our beach gear. There were plenty of beach chairs provided to use. We loved being on the top unit but there are a lot of steps to climb! The area was very quiet and close to groceries and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

Loved the view and the fact that sand chairs were provided. Also liked the easy-care flooring in place of carpet. The decor was relaxing, and the Roku instead of cable was a nice change.

Great communication with the OIA even with pool being down most of week. We had a great time riding bikes, ocean fun and balcony sitting. Great location, nice stocked kitchen to cook all meals in.
