It had a very nice view from the balcony. It was quiet - we didn't hear any noises from neighbors. It was a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room in the condo for us (2 people), and it could have easily fit more in the other bedroom. The bed and couch were both comfortable. The AC kept the space at a good temperature without any issues.
