At the Beach has been newly remodeled in 2022 and offers a bright and airy space with lots of amenities making it the perfect place for making lasting memories.

The home sits just four houses down from the public beach access while providing great views of the ocean right from the living room, kitchen and front two bedrooms!

A large couch and a pair of accent chairs gather around a coffee table and mounted flat screen TV that welcome you into the home.

The living room flows into the dining space, where you will find seating for six to seven at the table with an additional four seats at the bar.

The well-stocked kitchen overlooks the open floor plan and out to the waves crashing nearby in the distance. This space is topped with plenty of counterspace, granite countertops and white cabinets.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, mounted flat screen TV, private closet, dresser, a shared bathroom and direct views of the ocean through windows that provide plenty of natural light.

Through the shared bathroom, the kid's suite provides a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). The room features a fun modern oceanscape wallpaper, dresser, two beanbag chairs, private closet, and a mounted flat screen TV for the little ones to enjoy their favorite movie or video game* after a long day of fun in the sun. *Room is equipped with a stand-alone Pac-Man arcade; must bring own game system to play video games on the TV.

The third bedroom offers beautiful ocean views out the window right from the king bed! The room features a private closet, lots of natural light, plenty of space, and an accent chair that is perfect for you to watch your favorite show on the mounted flat screen TV or curling up with a good novel.

The final bedroom flows down the hall past the shared bathroom and is finished with a queen bed, accent chair, dresser, flat screen TV, and private closet.

Downstairs you will find an outdoor picnic table, grilling area, horseshoe pit, outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), and a beach storage area.

Enjoying your time on the beach is a breeze with plenty of amenities including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, horseshoes and more!
