Upgraded kitchen appliances and cabinets. Phone jack and computer table in second bedroom. Access to oceanfront decking from the living room and master bedroom that boasts fabulous views. Deck has dining table with chairs and rockers. Beach chairs provided. Large ground level storage area for your beach equipment. Vinyl plank floors throughout. Master bath renovated in 2018.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

Loved the location and the condo was so nice. Everything we needed was there and it was decorated so cute. Loved the storage room downstairs for our beach gear. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed at Balcony on the Beach and loved it! The condo was well cared for and the beachy decor was great! Best part was the double balcony. You could sit for hours and enjoy the ocean views. Be sure to book at least a second floor to be sure to see over the dunes! Would definitely stay there again!
