Nestled among live oak trees in Caswell Dunes, this “beach getaway” sits between the Oak Island Golf Course and beautiful Caswell Beach, a roughly five to 10 minute walk away, depending on your pace.

The prime location offers seaside serenity where you can relax on the balcony, listen to the waves crashing along the shoreline and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. While surrounded by nature, don’t feel surprised if you see a family of deer passing through. You’re less than a 10-minute drive to all that Oak Island has to offer, including local restaurants, shops, and attractions. This vacation rental is about 15 minutes from the historic port community of Southport. You're within walking distance to the popular Duffer’s Bar and Grill at the Oak Island Golf Club and the island’s historic lighthouse or take a longer stroll down to the Oak Island Pier. You might even enjoy a round of golf while you’re here too!

This home features a sleek updated kitchen with quartz countertops and shaker cabinets and received major renovations during the winter of 2022 to include luxury vinyl flooring and interior paint throughout, tankless water heater, sliding glass doors, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, ceiling fans, modern bathroom vanities and mirrors and coastal-inspired furnishings.

A welcoming entry greets you with access to two bedrooms, a full bathroom and the laundry room before you walk into the main living area. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with built-in Spectrum and Roku channels or you can stream your own to watch your favorite shows throughout the space. The comfortable master suite is located off the living area that provides a desk, ample closet space, a spacious king bed, an en suite bathroom and private access to the balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

An open kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, with unobstructed views of the surrounding maritime forest provides the perfect space to spend time with family and friends after a long day of fun in the sun or exploration of Oak Island and/or Southport. There’s an attached carport and one additional parking space just steps away for your car(s). This property offers a carport outlet that may allow charging for some electric vehicles.

This condo has an outdoor shower downstairs on the ocean side (winterized during the off season) and a faucet/hose in the carport area for you to wash off any sand before you enter the condo. This secluded community offers two seasonal pools, beach access and plenty of scenic pathways for you to enjoy throughout your stay! The pools at Caswell Dunes pool are open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day but may keep the pools open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner’s association's recommendation.

We would stay here again and again!! I tried to book again 2 weeks later but it was unavailable. The rental was just as described. Very clean, well stocked, and spacious. I appreciated the starter items they had available for us. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is just a short walk away but we rented a golf cart for the week since we had beach chairs, cooler, etc to carry. We also drove the golf cart to some local restaurants and shopping as they weren't far away. We enjoyed our stay so much and will stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect rental!! Great location - just a short walk from the beach and a short ride to several great restaurants, coffee and sweet shops. We rented a golf cart and rode it around most evenings. This rental was so clean and I’m super picky!! They had all of the amenities we needed and kitchen was well supplied. They also had start ups for us like dish washing liquid, sponge, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. I appreciated this after a long drive because I didn’t have to run straight to the store. Check-in was digital and super easy. This location had a great balcony where we saw many deer and squirrels. They provided several games which we enjoyed in the evenings. The Oak Island area is fabulous and the people were the friendliest of any place we’ve visited. I can’t think of anything negative about this rental. We will be returning!! Thanks for sharing your perfect space with us!!

The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped. We loved the location--so close to the beach! It was quiet, and the check-in/out process was so easy. We had great storage and up-to-date conveniences. All that was advertised was true!
