This cozy house is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood, an ideal getaway for grandparents, parents and children and up to one dog per stay! Large gravel driveway surrounded by oak trees and flowers, small grassy area in backyard, grill area and outdoor shower. Dead-end street with minimal traffic makes it great for the kids to ride their bikes around. Two large screened porches protect you from the elements so you can unwind with a cup of coffee or glass of wine outside. There is plenty of seating inside so you can dine with family, watch a movie or play games.

The kitchen upstairs has a small breakfast bar with two stools and a small dining room table that has both chairs and a booth seat. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on second level, including a bedroom with twin-sized bunkbeds and board games. First level has a secluded master bedroom with private full-size bathroom. Small laundry room downstairs has a folding area with extra refrigerator.

Enjoy a five-minute walk to 40th Street Inlet Park. Additionally, Middleton Park, Oak Island Splash Pad, and Kevin Bell Skatepark is just one mile away.
