Sliding glass door and covered balcony with furniture. Adjacent to the walkway to the beach. Great ocean views! Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each unit has outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and its restaurant.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

We loved the location of the condo! It was very clean, comfortable and easy to find and park. Loved the swag bag provided by OAI, too! Appreciate the package with dish soap and laundry and dish detergent with a sponge as well.

My husband and I stayed here for a long birthday weekend. We love the condo - especially the large balcony and view of the beach. Bed is very comfortable and you can wake up to a beach view!! The location down the beach was perfect - restaurants and shopping were a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and look to come back again!!
