Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each unit has outside shower for rinsing off. Walking distance to fishing pier and oceanfront restaurants. Owner pet present at times for those guests who are allergic to pets. Available for off-season monthly rentals. Nightly rentals available with three-night minimum.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Room was super clean! Great location! I have been staying in the oak island villas since I was a little girl in the 90s and have been sharing OKI with my own family since 2010! We have never had a bad experience and will continue to spend our summers here making memories!

We stayed a week at Bonnie by the Sea. The condo was comfy, clean, and well maintained. The view was OUTSTANDING! So peaceful and beautiful to be right on the ocean. Also, very conveniently located next to both the pool and beach access. We will definitely be back!

This was a great rental for our family. Amazing views of the ocean with an East Coast sunset over the water! House and furniture are a bit dated but they had a high chair and pack and play which was great for our little one. The biggest benefit is the proximity to the beach...2 min max walk to the water.
