This OIBV condo was renovated in 2021 to provide a sweet coastal retreat just feet from the soft sand. The unit sleeps five comfortably, with a six-person max occupancy. Other interior features include a flat top stove, wet bar and Whirlpool tub.

This condo has three Amazon Fire TV's (50-inch flat screen TV in the living room and 32-inch TV's in the bedrooms, all with streaming capabilities), wireless internet and a DVD player in the twin bedroom.

Relax on the private balcony with fantastic ocean views. Conveniently located across from the Oak Island Golf Club, the Oak Island Beach Villas condo community features a shared seasonal pool, park grilling area and paved parking.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Beautiful condo! The only thing that was difficult was the stairs. We had my 82 year old dad with us and it was a long climb. Everything else was wonderful. I assumed that there were elevators. I did not see anywhere on the description of the house that there were no elevators. I will make sure to ask next time.

Yes, we're afraid that the Oak Island Beach Villas do not have elevators anywhere on the property- all units at this complex are walk-ups, and the level each unit is located on should be in the description header. We do have other condo complexes on the island with elevators available if you visit Oak Island in the future - simply include "Elevator" as one of your search filters on our website or let a guest services agent know you need this amenity when planning your next stay!

This was a cute 'beach themed' condo in the best location. All kitchen and sleeping essentials with lovely dining room. Easy access to beach, adjacent to the condo and we couldn't ask for a better view!
