Deck with rockers, picnic tables, beach chairs, and a BBQ smoker grill. Custom remodeled kitchen with French door, dual ice maker refrigerator, convection range and warming drawer, Instant Pot, porcelain tile floor, mosaic tile backsplash, solid surface counter tops, spacious peninsula. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Four bedrooms up, one bedroom down with inside stairs. Folding cribs are usually found in upstairs closet.

Location, location. Great comfortable living room furniture! Appreciated the emails for preparations for the storms. Also the help with allowing us to park our cars in your rental lot for safe keeping.

We've been coming to Breezy Oaks now for 32 years - we love the spaciousness, the proximity to the beach (oceanfront) and the area is not populated at all. The kitchen is well equipped and, if you need it, there is some baby equipment. The outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, is a real plus. We love staying at Breezy Oaks!

We celebrated our 30th year in Breezy Oaks this year! In spite of the on again/off again rain this week, we had a fabulous time! We are always pleased with the upgrades to this home - and we weren’t disappointed this year. From the new living room/sitting room furniture to the new kitchen cupboards…to the beautiful wooden floors and new windows…we are very pleased with our week vacation. (Some of this might be a year or two older - we didn’t get to write last year as we were vacated by the National Guard due to Hurricane Isaiasis) The uncrowded beach in front of the house is beautiful - there’s plenty of beach both at low and high tide. If you decide to rent Breezy Oaks, you’ll be pleased you did!
