Paperback book library, two covered porches with rockers and furniture (ocean side has gate), enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold. Wide, fully paved driveway with plenty of space for parking many cars. Convenient access to the second bridge. Air conditioning is mini split with individual room controls.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs and cats may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

100 Steps to the Sea!

They are not lying about how close you are to the surf. I counted less than 100 steps from the door the surf at high tide. This is close even compared to other front row homes on Oak Island. We go to the beach to spend time at the beach. Hauling two easy ups, several chairs, boogie boards and a cooler down to the beach was easy. The mini splits AC worked great and ran quietly. Being able to set different areas to different temperatures was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses were comfortable.

We had a nice family vacation. You can't beat being on the beach. We enjoyed the rocking chairs and the outdoor shower was amazing! We would stay again!

love the the floor plan of the house and the location too. Sitting on the porch watching and listening to the ocean is one of our favorite things to do. Have stayed here before and we plan to return!

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our week at Cabana Boy on West Beach. We have stayed there before and really enjoyed it. Everything was great, but the week went by to fast. Thank you Oak Island Accommodations for helping us have a great vacation.<BR>

We had the best time at Cabana Boy! Our family played in the ocean all day long (which is easy since you are mere steps from it). From the back, covered porch, we watched dolphins cruise by. This was a great house for our family trip. The kitchen was well stocked, and had both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. And on the one morning that there was rain, the new smart TV's were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Cabana Boy and will book it again!

Cabana Boy is a perfect property because of the Jack and Jill layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We were able to walk directly onto the beach in just a few steps from bottom of the back stairway. The décor and colors in the house created a relaxed, beachy feel as soon as we walked in. We liked having ceiling fans and TV in all the rooms. The rocking chairs on the porches created an inviting place to enjoy relaxing outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our week with friends at the Cabana Boy and hope to return in the future!
