Private oceanfront covered balcony with furniture to enjoy the view, walkway to the beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, cold outside shower at each building. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club. Ceiling fans throughout. Available for off season rentals; weekly rentals; weekend rentals; monthly rentals.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during owner stay for those guests who may be allergic to pets.
