Steps from the beach, this split floor plan with open living room and kitchen is perfect for sharing great times with family and friends. View of lighthouse from multiple locations. Front and back covered decks offer nice views with an added seating area off of dune top deck. Ceramic tile flooring throughout, granite countertops in kitchen. Kitchen cabinets and appliances were newly updated in 2023. Outside rinse off on deck leading from beach, enclosed outdoor shower shower (hot/cold), charcoal grill. Full laundry on main living area. High-speed wireless internet, SMART TV's in each room with basic cable and guests use personal accounts to stream.

Nightly rentals available with a three-night minimum stay. Off season monthly rentals available.

Though pets are not allowed for guest reservations, please note a dog may be present during an owner stays for those guests who are allergic to pets.

"This quaint cottage was perfect for our family. We moved to the mountains in December and relaxed back ""home"" on OKI. It reminded us of one my sister owned on OKI. Oceanfront access a huge plus. Especially with young children. Watching them run down the dune deck to find treasures and adventures on the beach could not have been any betterThe ease of booking, followup and communication with OKI was excellent. I am grateful that the home owner agreed to our Low Country Boil gathering with local friends. It really was fun."

This rental is everything that we were looking for in a house. It was well decorated, the house itself was kept clean and high quality, and the view of the beach was beautiful. It provided an amazing experience for us and our trip to Oak Island.

The location can’t be beat- steps from the beach! The outdoor shower was helpful since we had six sandy kids with us. It was nice that there are two sides of the house- each family took one side. We went in early May and had the entire beach to ourselves! A large pod of dolphins swam by. The house was comfortable and lovely. We appreciated being able to use the beach toys, chairs, etc.

This is a lovely, old-style beach cottage with lots of modern updates. Although it is surrounded by huge houses, it retains a sense of privacy with lots of vegetation to separate it from its neighbors. Set back from the beach, with glorious views and lots of deck space, it was roomy and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This is 3rd time we have used Oak Island Accommodations and they are excellent! Reservation service perfect, very knowledgeable about area for advice on Equip rentals like Umbrellas, bikes, cribs, etc., we used Sharon's Rental Service and they about beat us to the house with equipment upon our arrival, and merchandise was like brand new! Check in and check out was great! Very friendly knowledgeable staff!

We had an amazing stay at Caswell Cabana. The home with a perfect size for our party of four. The house has a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to cook dinner instead of going out. We will for sure be back!
