Six FSTVs, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. two covered porches, covered parking, seasonal outdoor swimming pool. 500 ft to Beach Access, within walking distance to Blue Water Point Marina. Reverse floor plans with Expansive views of Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Offers offseason nightly rentals. Pool can be heated from March - May and September - November for an additional fee.

Though pets are not allowed, a dog may be present during owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

I gave this house 5 stars enough though a few things would be nice to have with the property, an outdoor grill and another refrigerator (even a small one for drinks). The rental was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. It was very convenient to the beach and the pool was an added bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Oak Island this week. Our choice of rental property was one of the best we have had. Our vacation was seamless from arrival to departure.
