The house was clean. Sufficient space for 9 people. The kitchen was large enough several people to be preparing their breakfast or lunch at the same time. Kitchen supplies met our needs. We liked the location, easy access to walk to the beach and drive 2 blocks for handicap parking. We all agreed that we would rent this house again.
