Private Oceanview deck with furniture, and view of the ocean from deck and master bedroom. Community covered picnic area and oceanfront pool sundeck. Oak Island Golf Course and Duffers Pub and Grill located across the street. Within walking distance to Oceanfront Beach Club, Fishing Pier and Oceanfront Restaurant and Bar. Nightly rentals are available w/3 night min. Off-Season Monthly rentals available. Formerly: Flip Flops

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

We've stayed at this rental at least five times. We love it! It's got everything we need for a family of four. It is clean and well maintained. It is close to the pool and beach access which is a plus when you have two kids.

The view from the balcony was amazing...could see the ocean perfectly! Everything was spotless and clean when we arrived, housekeeping did a great job! Condo was perfect for our family of 3. Kitchen had a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig! Thank you for a wonderful week.

It was CLEAN! No bugs. Great location. I was able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. I also appreciate the instructions on the TV remotes.
