Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautiful home is located oceanfront on the west end of Oak Island and features fabulous south facing views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Lockwood Folly Inlet. Enjoy these views from both covered lower and upper-level decks equipped with a variety of seating and rockers to relax and soak in the view. When you are ready to head to the beach, take the slatted boardwalk over the dune to your perfect spot on the sand. On your return, the dune side landing provides room to park your beach gear and hose off the sand. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower in the carport.

Inside you will find an open, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room seating for six looking towards the ocean, additional four seats at the bar and kitchen table seating for four. There is also a highchair and booster seat as well as a Pack-N-Play for the smaller guests. Five flat screen TVs are in common areas and some bedrooms with streaming capabilities. The living room TV is connected to Spectrum cable. The bathrooms were updated in spring of 2024 providing larger showers in the upstairs ensuites. Wireless internet and unlimited long-distance calling within the continental US keep you in touch if desired. Enjoy your stay in this exceptional beach home!

We loved Geneva Too. We had stayed here about ten years ago. The only suggestion- maybe clean the carpets.

Geneva Too was amazing! Seriously the best beach house we have stayed in. The bathrooms were recently renovated which was a nice surprise. Kitchen was big and had many things that you needed. We loved that there was a crockpot and utilized that. The location is perfect. Loved the decks and outdoor shower. Overall such a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

We love so many things about Geneva, Too! The location is great! We love the five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the covered decks, the large dining area and kitchen, but the absolute best feature is the view of the ocean.
