This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Ocean view, Yaupon Dunes condo located on the second floor with a covered balcony. Condo community amenities include a shared elevator, seasonal pool, hot tub, bike racks, park grill and picnic area. There is also a designated Yaupon Dunes walkway to the beach located across the street with a gazebo. The master suite features a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a designated bathroom that adjoins both the bedroom and hall. Three TV's (1 65-inch, 2 55-inch) with over 150 channels, Roku TV, three Blu-ray players and high-speed wireless internet. Guests will enjoy the quality construction and furnishings. Hardwood floors in living area, luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and quality cookware. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Oak Island Pier and its adjoining restaurants. Conveniently located to other island amenities. Two parking passes are provided with each rental. Both covered and uncovered parking is available at the condo community.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

We loved this unit because it was very spacious for our family of 4 and loved that we could bring our dog too. The full kitchen was great & each bedroom had a TV in it. It was updated in decor and not “old” or rundown. We loved that we could literally be on the beach in a 2-3 min walk from the condo.

The quiet atmosphere of Yaupon Dunes and the elevator for my mother. I also enjoy being able to bring my dog.

Our vacation at Oak Island was excellent. We loved the property and all the conveniences provided by the owner. The location was really nice as well being you could walk to a couple of restaurants. We chose this rental because we could bring our small Yorkie and because the condo had a pool. I can't recommend this space enough! It was just perfect for our family!
