Island Tower is the perfect choice for your next seaside gathering! Spectacular 360 degree views of the Atlantic and Davis Canal. Access all three floors via the home’s private elevator. Open kitchen and living area, dining seating for six plus six more at the bar. Reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors in living spaces and carpet in the bedrooms. Two wrap-around decks with furniture, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Well-stocked kitchen with generous seating in the living room. Situated on a bluff and just two very short blocks to the beach (about 175 yards)! Can sleep up to 10 guests when the den and its queen sofa bed are used as a fifth bedroom and accepts up to one dog per stay. Three TVs and excellent wireless internet access. A great place to work from home, you can’t beat the views from the 3rd floor! 3-night minimums, available in off-season, May and August. Come visit this unique round home on the west end with the bright red roof!

We only stayed 3 nights but really enjoyed it. Very close to the beach and amazing view from 360 degree top floor. Everything was as listed and check in and out was easy. Elevator helped to bring supplies up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Left two garments and property managers mailed it back to us for a $30 fee - helpful.

This was the perfect spot for my family. Everyone had enough space to spread out, as needed. The top floor common room has spectacular views and plenty of seating for group activities. The rental was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach is only only block and takes just a few minutes. The entire area was quiet and perfect for what we wanted. Wilmington was close enough for a day trip to see some fun sights. I will definitely be returning to this area in the future!
