Central air/heat with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Front covered porch, spacious open deck overlooking a tidal waterway that is great for kayaking and bird watching. Charcoal grill and outdoor seating for six on the upper level. Large picnic table in enclosed area on the lower level. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Private dock with built-in bench seating for crabbing and wildlife viewing.

Two blocks from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Ocean Crest Pier and Island Way Restaurant. Beach buggy, umbrella, toys and bicycles provided.
