We're in our mid 60s and it was great to not climb any stairs! Every convenience available from technology to toilet paper! Being away from direct traffic and commercial congestion was a plus plus. Having grass in the yard was a touch of hominess being from WV. We will definitely recommend OIA to our vacationing friends.
