Second row with ocean views and an extra-large in-ground private pool. Conveniently located near town cabana, just one house to the left and across the street for easy beach and bathroom access. Close to Middleton Park, which had a seasonal splash pad, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, baseball field. During select seasons, Middleton Park also is home to free concerts and a Farmers and Artisans Market. Also close to the island's skateboard park.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Five flat-screen TV's with Dish Network, one DVD player and wireless internet.

Three kayaks with paddles, life vests and oars. Covered decks on both levels, with an open air deck on the first level. Charcoal grill. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.

Nightly rentals are welcome in the off-season with a stay of three nights or more. Off-season monthly rentals also welcome.

"The property was as close to as pictured as any property we have stayed in previously (5 years). The house was clean, orderly and everything worked. Having a pool was absolutely essential to ensuring we got the most out of our week. In the event of rain or double red flag we could still sit by the pool and have a great time relaxing. In this vacation it was the least amount of time we spent in the sand and the most amount of time we spent in the water, if that makes sense. The fact that it was part of the property meant getting in and out for an hour two or three times a day was easy. The property location was also perfect as it was central to everything we have come to love about the island."

The location is great with easy access to virtually everything. Having private baths for bedroom is a huge bonus. Kitchen is well stocked. The pool is fantastic and a fun add to our vacation. The home fit our family of 8 well. Would highly recommend this house.

We love the location--close to the ocean, easy walk to the farmer's market, the house decor, 4bed/4bath for privacy, pool and view of the ocean as your are sipping your morning coffee!I have stayed at this house at least 4 times and really enjoy it every time.

Very nice house and pool! We had enough room (8 people) and having a bathroom per bedroom was a huge plus. The house is furnished with nice furniture and decor and made us feel at 'home'! The view of the ocean is perfect with morning coffee. We will be back!

We have been renting homes in the area for the past five years, always choosing a different home for the excitement factor each year. This was our first year renting from OIA, and we will definitely use only them in the future. From keyless entry to having the sheets ALREADY on the beds, our vacation week started and ended so effortlessly. This home was immaculately clean, wonderfully located, beautifully decorated, and so efficiently designed. Each of the four bedrooms has its own FULL bath! It is a GEM!

We had four couples renting this home and we all had our own bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen/living area is a great layout. The large table seated us all comfortably. The decor is very nice and we especially enjoyed the great view of the beach from many vantage points. We were extremely pleased with Oak Island Accommodations and this home. We all plan to rent this home again & again.
