Short walk to restaurant, Ocean Crest pier, 20th Street scenic walkway over the Davis Canal. Open floor plan home with fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, bamboo flooring throughout living areas, carpeting in bedrooms. No pets and no smoking.

The vacation rental was close to the beach with an access point only being a 3 minute walk from the house.

Love the location, an easy walk to the beach access! House is well maintained, clean and everything was in good working order. We did stay at this house in 2023 and had one maintenance issue with a faulty ice-maker but the property management brought us bags of ice until the repair was made!
