Large screened in back porch, decking access from all bedrooms, fenced backyard just perfect for your beloved pet, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, four lots away from public beach access. Also available for off season monthly rentals.

We loved the layout of our house! The living area was spacious with high ceilings, making it easy to cool. We loved the separate sleeping and bathroom areas grouped together.

Very nice place for us. Good view of the ocean from both porches, even though across the street from the ocean. Being able to bring our 2 dogs and having the fenced back yard was great. Just a short walk to the beach access (about 3 houses down). Lots of nice touches and had everything we needed.

Our family loved the covered porches in both the front and back of the house. It rained for most of our stay, but the covered porch allowed us to be outdoors while having shelter from the rain. I also loved the pantry in the kitchen and linen closets in the bathrooms. This allowed for extra space without being too crowded. The layout of the home was ideal for 6 adults and a toddler. Everyone was comfortable.

Great island, really liked our house, especially having 2 BR upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and plenty of dishes and silverware. Great outside shower too.

Oak Island Diamond was perfect for our family vacation. 4 bedrooms, each with extra blankets and pillows. The location is good, 3 houses to the beach access. Bonus is it is dog friendly, please note the fence in the back yard is about 3ft with the back corner being lower. Kitchen has a nice big fridge freezer, plenty of storage, a coffee maker, a few small appliances and lots of dishes, cups and glasses etc. On arrival we had trouble finding the keyless entry pad, it is located thru a side door and up a flight of stairs.

Our family had an absolute blast! The house was very clean, beds were comfy and I can't say enough about the views from the porches. Location to the beach access was perfect! We can't wait to book our trip for next summer!

Location is close to the beach; easy beach access. The front porch and the ocean view are great and the fenced-in back yard for the dog was nice. However, the house needs some updating.

We really liked the floor plan of the house and the big porches. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed. The home is very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice appliances. Even though it is second row there are still good views of the ocean.

Oak Island is an awesome vacation spot for family or anyone who doesn't like big mainstream over crowded beaches. The ones that are all built up and commercialize. There's enough to do even with out all the hoopla. Southport is just a short drive as is Wilmington. Great get away.
