Second level oceanfront condo with wireless internet access. Smart TV with o DVD player in living room and TV with DVD player only in bunkroom. A covered porch runs along the south side of the condo, with access points from the living room and master bedroom. Located in the Oak Island Beach Villas condo complex, guests have access to a seasonal community pool with a sunning deck that looks out onto the Atlantic Ocean, shared outdoor shower with cold water and a covered picnic area with park grills. Inside, guests will find a cozy, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats four with two additional spots at the bar. A sectional sofa in the living room makes the perfect spot for relaxing in the evening. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and incredible views of the Atlantic. You’ll also be walking distance to the Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer’s Pub and Grille.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Wonderfully appointed property with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We saw many dolphins from our balcony! The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The living room had comfortable seating for all four of us. Well stocked DVD and board game libraries. All the rooms captured the beachy feel we were looking for! We will be back in the future.
