Enjoy the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the covered private balcony with furniture and wrap-around deck! Seasonal pool on premises, shared outdoor shower with cold water, next to ocean walkway. Oak Island Golf Club and restaurant across the street. Walking distance to the beach club. Nightly rentals available with a 3-night minimum.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Staying at Ocean Breeze was so wonderful that we added an additional day to our stay. Beautifully decorated and so clean. Welcome bag of goodies was very welcoming. Ocean front view every morning with our coffee had us spoiled. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back again.

The unit is in a wonderful location, close to beach access, with plenty of available parking (covered and uncovered), and I could see both the sunrise and sunset from the patio.

Lovely place on the beach with nice amenities. We were there the week of the gas crisis but were able to enjoy the beach and make short trips. Overall, great trip and accommodations.
