This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

2 CCTV's with basic cable and 1 Roku TV, DVD player, video/DVD's, CD player, and wireless internet access. Dine at the kitchen bar with seating for five as well as an additional leaf table with seating for two more. A great location featuring walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow easy access to the first-floor unit from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower, and a grilling/picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area).

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Penny's Place is so convenient to the beach, local restaurants, and other shopping. It was spacious and very comfortable. We'll definitely be telling our friends about it!

The property was clean. I loved how conveniently close the property was to shopping and the beach. I had a couple of issues the first day and OIA came right out and fixed them.

Our place was colorful and beachy, roomy for a 2 bedroom, and the kitchen was fairly well appointed. it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the public beach access was an easy one, while also being walking distance to a grocery store, shops and a couple of places to eat. A nice location to be sure. Only thing missing was a water view, but we knew that going in. We would stay there again.

Nice Condo walking distance beach and DQ with WiFi and Roku TV. Tiny balcony has view of ocean. Linens provided and towels were sanitized/wrapped. Washer dryer in good working order. Beds were comfortable. Beach Access was very convenient. Publix & Food Lion a few blocks away. Best location.
