A number of bedrooms have direct porch access. Decks and porches galore, covered porch, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Florida room and observation room with stunning views of marsh, ocean, Southport, and lighthouses! Accessibility features include wider doorways to major rooms, raised toilet in the master bathroom, grab rails in master bathroom tub and near the toilet. This home also has an elevator making it partially handicap accessible.

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, a dog may occasionally be present for owner reservations.

We had a great week at Caswell Beach in this house. It is a great house. Very comfortable and clean, Awesome views. The lighthouse can be seen out the windows in every room in the house! This house has everything you need to relax and have fun. We will definitely stay here agin.
